Port the remaining two test specs from cardano-wallet:
- BalanceSpec (~4,400 lines, ~280 tests) covering the core balance
  coin selection algorithm
- CoinSelectionSpec (~740 lines, ~18 tests) covering top-level
  coin selection

Changes:
- Extend Gen/Extra.hs with genericRoundRobinShrink, (<@>), (<:>),
  genFunction, genMapWith, shrinkMapWith, report, verify, Pretty
- Remap all Cardano.Wallet.Primitive.Types imports to
  Cardano.CoinSelection.Types
- Replace Fmt/Buildable with Show-based formatting
- Restore genSelectionSkeleton/shrinkSelectionSkeleton in Balance.Gen
- Add hspec-core, bytestring, safe, transformers, lattices,
  generics-sop, pretty-simple, text to build-depends

All 302 tests pass (up from 84).

Replace error stubs with working implementations:
- genUTxOIndex uses genTokenBundleSmallRangePositive
- shrinkUTxOIndex uses liftShrink2 instead of genericRoundRobinShrink
- genUTxOSelection uses genFunction via promote from QuickCheck
- All 169 tests pass

All 169 tests pass. Generators fully restored.

- QC Extra shim with 5 inlined functions from wallet test-utils
- Gen modules for all 7 primitive types (no partition functions)
- Test.Laws utility for quickcheck-classes law checking
- UTxOSelectionSpec, CollateralSpec, UTxOIndexSpec adapted
- BalanceSpec deferred (heavier deps needed)
