CBOR tests + fix other tests + misc fixes
Tests for cbor module

Other tests were updated to the new CBOR structs as they were still
using cbor_event's structs.

Float creation was disabled as cbor_event actually panics when trying to
serialize despite deserialization working fine. I am not sure of the
reasoning behind it but ot play it safe creation was disabled and an
error is returned (instead of panicing in cbor_event).
CBORValue wasm-compatible generic CBOR value struct
cbor_event::Value had the following issues:
1) is restrictive in which keys it supports
2) is not wasm_bindgen compatible
3) is deprecated

The second point is most important for us, but the first point is why
entirely new structs were implemented rather than trying to write some
wasm_bindgen'd wrapper struct, which was the first attempt at doing
this (uncommitted).
